IS IT A CIRCLE OR NOT?

The circle in the picture is as plain to see as your nose.

Unfortunately, a portion of misplaced lines are being misinterpreted/identified as forming a circle,
even when there is no outline of a circle!

Concentrate on the triangle below for ten seconds and then read the text beneath it.

How can you concentrate on a triangle that isn't there!!
There are only circles with 'cut out' sections, our eyes strive to see triangles.

The 'internal' angles total 180 degrees.
