Two girls are born to the same mother, on the same day, almost at the same time, in the same year and yet they're not strictly twins.

How can this be?

There are many solutions but none so bizarre as the one provided (below) which makes the twin born second, two days older (not younger, which would make a little more sense) than the first twin!
